This is the Blue I-Train+ with an electronically controlled resistance system.
The I-Train is a basic but stylish cross trainer. Reebok have produced the I-Train (orange) and I-Train+ (blue) as an entry into fitness for first time buyers.
There's enough resistance on this machine to challenge anyone up to intermediate level and a basic console with all the feedback you need to workout.
