The braking system whilst often weak on sub £200 machines, provides a good range and we found the higher levels exertive (which was a pleasant surprise). The seat is comfy with both height and reach adjustment, the handlebars adjust easily so getting a comfortable riding position isn't difficult.
The 7 programmes are basic but still provide enough motivation and the pulse grips are actually accurate for once.
All in all this is a good value cycle. It may not suit the super fit but for the average person it is an excellent product.''
