The GS6 is for the customer who wants advanced variety in a traditional bench-pressing format. The bench press station provides multi angle pressing positions including decline, flat, incline and shoulder press and also combines both traditional fixed arc pressing movement with a converging axis press. The result is exercising the chest, arm and shoulder muscles through varying paths of movement. The self-adjusting pec fly mimics dumbell fly movements plus provides rear deltoid exercises. Also comes with the Leg press attachment to perform the key exercise for the lower body.
