The Nautilus T518 LC Treadmill is similar to the T516 LE-X treadmill accept it has some additional features such as “ROC™” which allow you to control the treadmill from a small control pad which is situated on the bar in front of the console. This means that you do not have to lean forward to adjust the settings of the treadmill and allows total concentration on your workout. There is an LCD display which allows an extremely visual workout.
