The Jane Exo Isofix Group 1 car seat is probably the most advanced car seat your child will ever sit on! The Jane Exo is brand new and it is fabulous. Jane are well known for the safety of their group 0+ and group 23 isofit car seats but not historially for the group 1 car seat. This is all set to change with the incredible Jane Exo isofix car seat. Using the simplicity of fitting using isofix points in the car the base of this amazing car seat has a shock absorber built into it.
Simply put, in an impact situation the "G-force" exerted on a child is quite large and could cause serious injury. Anything that reduces the effect of "G-force" on your toddler is a good thing. This is where the visible shock absorber (inside clear plastic) comes in - when force is exerted on the seat the shock absorber allows the seat to move and thereby reduce the "G-force" on your child making it one of the safest seats available!
The Jane Exo is a universal group 1 car seat which means that you will need a top tether point in the boot of your car to fit it using the isofix point. Check your car owner manual or better still bring your car into babyworld for a full free car seat fit check.
