A massage is the ultimate in relaxation, and this indulgent treat allows you and your partner to unwind together as you each enjoy a massage from a qualified therapist. The Sensory Spa offers both his and hers massage therapies designed to relax the mind, soothe the soul and lift the spirit. And while you're there, why not take the opportunity to enjoy the rest of the facilities at the club!

On arrival you will be greeted at reception and shown around the club. You will be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire, so please arrive early to allow enough time to complete and sign off your form and ensure that your treatments are not delayed. Then, with the preliminaries completed, you'll be free to enjoy the rest of your day!

At the appointed time you'll be taken to the treatment room, where you'll each enjoy a massage from a qualified therapist. Ladies will be treated to either a Swedish massage (a traditional treatment style utilising long flowing strokes, usually in the direction of the heart) or an Aromatherapy massage, which uses a combination of essential oils. Gents will enjoy a Deep Tissue massage treatment – a deep rhythmic pressure massage designed to alleviate stress, ease aching muscles and revive your senses.

While you're there, feel free to make use of the facilities on offer at the club. These vary from centre to centre, but may include a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub. If you have a particular preference regarding facilities, please discuss this with the centre when booking.
