Beats, aerates, blends egg-white and cream. Is used to whip up soups and sauces. For everthing which should be light and fluffy

Bamix Whisk

Stirs and mixes shakes, drinks purees, salad sauces, mayonnaise. For all mixtures with a thick or creamy consistency.

Bamix Grinder

Grinds, grates and chops wet and dry ingredients finely - for example nuts, grains, cereals, onions, garlic, chocolate, cheese, herbs, sugar (for powdered sugar) and bread (for breadcrumbs).

Bamix Switch Positions

Use step 1 for light, airy dishes and small amounts. 

Use step 2 for all viscous, firm ingredients and large amounts.
