Delivery Times
On all large television orders - LCD televisions (over 35kg, typically 40" or above), CRT sets (32" or above) and all plasma screens, we specify that once the sale details and any outstanding financial paperwork have been processed, we aim to deliver within 5-7 working days. During busy sale periods, delivery of large items may take up to 10 working days. If you have not heard from our couriers (VBA Logistics) within 5 working days from your paperwork being processed, please ring them on 0845 337 4170 Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.
For all other orders, please expect delivery to take between 3-5 working days from the date that your order was processed. If you have any queries concerning the delivery or the sale of your product, please call 0870 428 1450 Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.
Delivery Areas
The delivery of all products in stock will be completed as a door-to-door service in mainland UK only. We have previously experienced problems when delivering outside of mainland UK and as a consequence currently do not offer the facility to deliver abroad.
Sound & Vision prices include free delivery to most of the UK. Delivery to some areas may incur a surcharge on some items. This is calculated from your postcode before you check-out.
