You will receive a full information pack and an open-dated gift voucher valid for six months from the supplier by post. The supplier’s contact details will be included in your order confirmation e-mail
To book a date for the experience, simply follow the booking instructions detailed in the information pack or on the gift voucher
It is recommended that you book a date at least four weeks in advance. All bookings are subject to availability 

Essential information

-Please bring your voucher on the day of the experience
-Only valid voucher holders will be allowed
-There are wide doorframes for wheelchair use and disabled toilets are available. However, there is no lift to spa area
-Experience is not weather dependant
-Public and Professional Liability Insurance is included
-Please note: Cancellations less than 24 hours before the treatment are subject to a charge of 50% of the voucher cost. Extensions of voucher expiry date are available but are subject to a 50% of the voucher value charge
