The cooling capacity is 12,000BTU and as with other selected Alaskan models, the PAC-12000H-D can also be used as a powerful heater and a dehumidifier. It is ideally suited for both residential and light commercial applications and comes complete with an infrared remote control handset and a window ducting kit. All Alaskan models are portable, requiring only a 13-amp mains socket and an outlet for the exhaust duct. You can set the timer control, so as to ensure that your room is cooled before you arrive in the morning or heated in the winter before you arrive home.
