We now offer a all in one collection and return service for only £22.95,This is £15.00 to collect and £7.95 return select from the menu above. Because your Wii is valuable it costs £19 to send to us via royal special delivery, plus you have to visit the post office and pay for postage seperate. If ordered this way you have no extra costs at all, we handle the whole process!
Silver Cover:
The silver warranty will cover your Nintendo Wii for 6 months, all hardware faults are covered. However this does not cover any errors caused by firmware updates. Postage costs are not covered with this warranty.
We will repair the console within two weeks of receiving, there are no limits on how many times you can send the console, however we take notes of your consoles serial numbers to check that you are not sending other consoles to us.
Gold Cover:
The gold warranty is the same cover as the silver except you will receive 12 months warranty.
All hardware faults are covered; however this does not cover any errors caused by firmware updates. Postage costs are not covered with this warranty.
